Jemma, is a nationally recognised nutritionist and mindset coach on a mission to empower women trust in their bodies again.

“I used to feel like my body was working against me. My hormones felt like an inconvenience, something that made me weak. For a while, I became heavily fixated on nutrition, thinking it was the key to fixing everything. But that mindset quickly became obsessive, and after the birth of my first child, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s (underactive thyroid). Along with that came social anxiety and depression, which led me to withdraw from the world around me.

It was during this difficult time that I realised nutrition alone wasn’t the magic solution. No matter how healthy my food choices were, if I didn’t focus on healing my mindset and supporting my hormones, I wasn’t going to feel better. That’s when I started to truly understand that my body is incredibly smart—and that my hormones weren’t the enemy. They were actually my superpowers, and so I went on to learn how to harness them." - Jemma Waterstone
